After four years since my last journal entry it is about time to thank all of you for your positive comments. During last year the exhibition "artquarium" has taken up most of my painting energy. The theme was, as the titel suggests: sea and fish in the broadest sence of the word. I was joined by two local friends-artist. A glass sculptor Jan Van Gucht and his brother Peter . The latter being a professional scenarist of a popular Belgian comic-books series , endowed with limitless fantasy wihich he expresses on canvas with acryl. I was always fascinated and full of admiration for people who could draw and paint.I never tried it because no time (full time job) and nobody to put me on the right track. Except for my husband, he draws and paints, but in those days we were both working and, as you know ... no time . Nevertheless, what must happen happens!
